On the northwestern coastline of Panama, about 32 kilometers from the border of Costa Rica, is the Bocas Del Toro archipelago. It is one of the nine Panama provinces. The capital of this province is a city that goes by the same name in the Island of Colon. Best time to visit The 4,601 square kilometers Bocas Del Toro Archipelago enjoys a tropical climate and is welcoming throughout the year, though the peak tourist season here are Fall and Spring. How to reach There are daily flights to this archipelago from Panama City that take about an hour to make for the journey.
